Role Overview
Design and own core AI platform capabilities, architect AI services and retrieval frameworks, and drive scalability, reliability, and security across AI-powered solutions. Lead the development of enterprise-grade AI platforms,



define engineering standards and best practices, mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with product and architecture stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and own core AI platform capabilities and services.
Architect AI services, retrieval frameworks, and AI-powered applications.
Drive scalability, reliability, performance, and security of AI platforms.
Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Lead technical design and implementation of AI-based solutions.
Mentor and guide engineering teams through design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
Design, optimize, and scale GenAI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based systems.
