The FOS Collection Executive will play a vital role in our Collections
department, focusing on First Office of the Speaker (FOS) collections. This
position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively
manage and recover debts while maintaining a positive customer experience. The
executive will work closely with customers to understand their financial
situations and develop tailored repayment plans. They will also collaborate with
