Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead and grow a high-performing sales team focused on promoting and selling premium residential and commercial properties. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to property presentations, negotiations,



and closing transactions. The person in this role will develop and implement sales strategies, set performance targets, and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities. They will maintain strong client relationships by providing timely communication, high-quality customer service, and expert guidance on property investments. The Real Estate Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate listings, smooth documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
