The company works with leading brands across FMCG, consumer durables, appliances, fashion, cosmetics and other sectors, while offering media solutions across Newspapers, Cinema, FM/Radio, Outdoor, Television, Digital Media and Corporate Gifting.

The company currently works with 100+ clients across India and is expanding its B2B trade-exchange operations PAN India.

The group also operates Dealsmith India Pvt. Ltd., an e-commerce venture behind KRAZEAL, offering limited-stock deals across multiple product categories.

Role Overview





We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition, develop B2B relationships and expand the company's media and barter business.

The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching senior decision-makers, excellent at communication and presentations, and comfortable with B2B sales, client meetings, prospecting and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across Bangalore and other major cities in India.
- Prospect and connect with Directors, VPs, Brand Managers, Marketing Heads and senior decision-makers.
- Fix and conduct face-to-face as well as online business meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant media/barter solutions.
- Generate leads through data mining, market research, networking and outbound prospecting.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
