Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Voice Process Associate, based in Hyderabad with some flexibility for work from home. The Voice Process Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to client queries, and provide clear information about financial products and services. The role involves verifying customer details, documenting interactions accurately,



and following standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and quality. The associate will collaborate with team members to resolve issues, escalate complex cases, and maintain service levels. Regular performance reporting, adherence to call center metrics, and participation in training sessions are part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions effectively.
