1. Sales Target AchievementAchieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for premium high-rise residential projects.Target achievement %; units sold; sales value2. Lead GenerationGenerate qualified leads through digital campaigns, referrals, channel partners, events and personal networking.Number of qualified leads; lead-to-site-visit ratio3. Lead ConversionConvert enquiries and site visitors into bookings through effective follow-up and sales presentations.Conversion %; booking ratio4. Site Visit ManagementSchedule and conduct professional site visits, project tours and property presentations for HNI/premium customers.Site visits/month; site-visit-to-booking ratio5.



Customer Relationship ManagementBuild robust relationships with HNI/UHNI customers, investors and prospective buyers.Repeat/referral leads; customer satisfaction6.
