About the Role
Wisemonk publishes original research on salary and hiring benchmarks, benefits, offshoring economics, global employment, and related market trends.
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Market Research to own this research end to end from identifying the right questions and designing surveys to analyzing data and publishing reports.
This role is ideal for someone who combines solid research and analytical skills with excellent writing, sound judgment, and obsessive attention to detail.

What You Will Own
The research calendar: Decide which reports we publish, when we publish them, and why they matter.
Survey design and fielding: Own questionnaire design, sampling, distribution, response quality,



and achieving defensible sample sizes.
The data: Clean, validate, analyze, cross-tabulate, and segment research data.
The output: Own the report narrative, charts, key statistics, and headline findings.
Accuracy: Ensure every number, chart, claim, and conclusion is correct before publication. You will be the last line of defense on research quality.

What You Will Do
Plan Research
Identify market questions where opinions exist but reliable data is missing.
Turn those gaps into clear research questions and valuable research projects.
Define the audience, sample target, timeline, methodology, and intended outputs for each study.
Track competitor and industry research to ensure Wisemonk publishes original and differentiated insights.
Run Surveys
Write clear survey questionnaires that avoid leading questions, bias, ambiguity, and unnecessary drop-off.
Build and publish forms, manage distribution across email,
