Who We Are Looking For
We are specifically looking for candidates whose primary professional experience is in API/Product/Application/Technical Support to clients.
Candidates should have hands-on experience troubleshooting APIs and software products and supporting customers/clients.

This role is NOT intended for:
Software Developers / Software Engineers whose primary experience is coding
QA/Test Engineers whose primary experience is manual or automation testing
Automation Test Engineers
Hardware Support Engineers




Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk Engineers
Network Support Engineers
System/Infrastructure Support Engineers without API/product support experience

Candidates without hands-on API troubleshooting experience using Postman or similar tools may not be considered.

Job Summary
We are looking for an API & Product Support Executive with hands-on experience in API troubleshooting, Postman/Swagger, application/product support, and customer-facing technical support.
The ideal candidate should have experience supporting software products or SaaS applications, troubleshooting REST APIs and integrations, analyzing technical issues, and working with customers to resolve product and integration-related problems.
This is a technical product/API support role, where the primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues rather than develop software or perform manual/automation QA testing.
