Eligibility
Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
Minimum 6 months of experience in US First-Party Collections is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle collection activities for US-based customers/accounts.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.




Maintain professional communication while resolving payment-related queries.
Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
Meet assigned collection targets and performance metrics.
Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
