Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Legal Associate role based in Kolkata. The Legal Associate will review, draft, and finalize legal documents and agreements related to real estate and corporate investments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves conducting legal research, analyzing case law and statutes, and advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and issues. The Legal Associate will support due diligence processes,



registry processes, coordinate with external counsel where necessary, and assist in negotiating contract terms. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining organized legal records, preparing reports and summaries for management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable informed business decisions.

Salary 30,000/- to 35,000/- per month

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law and the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
Experience with Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and agreements.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing legal risks, evaluating complex information, and supporting strategic decisions.
Effective Communication skills to convey legal concepts clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and liaise with external stakeholders.
