The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – ERP & Digital Transformation with around 5–7 years of experience in ERP implementation, enterprise applications, functional consulting, and digital transformation to join our internal technology team.





The role will have a solid focus on ERP implementation, functional ownership, enhancement and continuous improvement, while also contributing to broader digital transformation initiatives across Sattva.

The person will work across the ERP lifecycle — from business requirements, process mapping and solution design through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, rollout, stabilization and ongoing enhancements. They will become an internal ERP functional SME and knowledge owner, working closely with business teams, implementation partners and developers while retaining strong internal understanding and ownership of the platform.
