We're hiring a Video Editor to lead video content for our clients and our own brand at Convertec. This role is video-first — the majority of your work will be editing — with graphic design as a supporting skill.
What you'll do:
Edit Reels/Shorts, video ads, and social content for client campaigns
Create motion graphics using After Effects
Handle post-production: cuts, pacing, captions, basic sound design
Edit content for our founder's personal brand (Instagram) — high volume, fast turnaround
Support with graphic design work when needed — ad creatives, social posts, presentation decks
What we're looking for:
1-2 years of video editing experience (majority of your work should be video)




Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for supporting design tasks
A strong reel showing Reels/Shorts, ad edits, or storytelling cuts
Good sense of pacing, hooks, and retention for social-first video
Must have own laptop capable of running the Adobe Creative Suite smoothly
Bonus points:
Illustrator knowledge for brand/logo work
Experience with real estate, education, or healthcare clients
Experience editing for personal brands/influencers/content creators
