Role Description: The Account Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for managing and growing relationships with last-mile agro-retailers and other key partners in the agro-input ecosystem.



This role includes identifying and onboarding new retailers, understanding their business needs, and recommending suitable products from e-Fasal’s portfolio. The Account Executive will conduct regular field visits, follow up on orders, ensure timely deliveries, and support retailers in resolving operational, service, and logistics issues. Daily activities also involve tracking sales performance, preparing reports, coordinating closely with internal teams such as supply chain and operations, and providing feedback on market trends and retailer requirements. The role requires consistent in-person engagement with retailers and manufacturers to strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
