Role Description The Senior Designer will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts for packaging, branding, product communication, and marketing materials that align with Mediwell Limited’s pharmaceutical standards and brand guidelines. This full-time, on-site role based in Baddi involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, marketing,



and regulatory, to create clear, compliant, and visually effective designs for labels, cartons, and promotional assets. Day-to-day tasks include managing design projects from brief to final artwork, ensuring accuracy of technical and regulatory information, and maintaining consistency across all visual materials. The Senior Designer will also review and refine existing designs, coordinate with external vendors or printers when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows and templates. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple projects, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
