About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and OEM relationships across the battery, EV, energy storage and critical minerals ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities with EV OEMs, battery manufacturers, energy storage companies, automotive companies and other relevant industry players.
Build and manage strategic OEM tie-ups and long-term business partnerships for battery recycling, refurbishment, second-life applications and related solutions.
Develop relationships with EV and battery OEMs for end-of-life battery collection, recycling and material recovery opportunities.
Identify opportunities related to battery refurbishment, second-life batteries and energy storage solutions.
Develop and manage a solid B2B sales pipeline across Delhi,



Bangalore and other key markets.
Conduct market mapping to identify potential customers, partners, suppliers and business opportunities.
Initiate meetings, presentations and commercial discussions with CXOs, procurement, sustainability, EHS and technical teams of target organizations.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to develop suitable solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and support closure of strategic contracts and partnerships.
Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure customer retention and business growth.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, EV adoption and developments in battery recycling and critical minerals.
Represent ReBAT at industry events, conferences, exhibitions and relevant business forums to generate leads and partnerships.
