Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries from parents, guardians, and prospective students via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring clear and professional communication. The role involves providing accurate information about school policies, admissions,



programs, and events, and resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner. The individual will maintain records of interactions, support administrative processes, coordinate with academic and operations teams, and assist during admissions drives and school events. The position requires consistent follow-up, adherence to service standards, and a focus on delivering a positive experience to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
Experience in Customer Support and managing end-to-end Customer Experience.
Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar front-desk roles.
Clear verbal and written communication skills and a qualified phone and in-person manner.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with diverse stakeholders.
