Clinics lose patients every day to missed calls, overworked front desks, and follow-ups that fall through the cracks — we fix that with a fully conversational AI voice agent (not a clunky IVR) that acts as an always-on receptionist, answering every call within 2 rings, 24/7.

It handles the full patient journey: booking, rescheduling, and specialist routing on the inbound side; pre/post-procedure prep calls, discharge follow-ups, and recall campaigns on the outbound side; automatically filling cancelled slots to cut no-shows; capturing and qualifying every website/social enquiry within minutes; and handing off to a human with full context whenever needed. It plugs in API-first alongside a clinic's existing PMS/EHR systems, live in as little as 4–6 weeks.
We're a quick-moving startup, currently raising, already live with real hospital clients — and the US is our top priority market right now, with a focus on multi-location physiotherapy, dental, podiatry, and medspa practices.





About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to own outbound growth in the US market specifically. This isn't an entry-level role — we need someone who's sold into US healthcare or US SMB/mid-market before, comfortable owning a number and closing, not just booking meetings for someone else.

What you'll be doing
Cold calling US clinic decision-makers (Owners, CEOs, COOs, Practice Managers, Heads of Patient Services) — working US business hours
Running and owning email and LinkedIn outreach sequences targeting US healthcare accounts
Qualifying leads against our US ICP (multi-location practices, $5M–$50M revenue, 20-50 employees) and managing pipeline in HubSpot
Identifying and prioritizing accounts using buying signals — receptionist hiring, phone-related negative reviews, expansion, ad spend, EHR/PMS fit (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Cliniko, Prospyr, and similar)
