About The Role:
The person will directly support day-to-day brand CRO work – research, analysis, initiative building – while also owning communication and coordination so nothing falls through the cracks. The split is roughly: help build the brand-facing work, and run the operational layer around it.





Over time, as they show they can handle it, this person can take on more ownership of specific brand relationships and CRO outputs. But day one, this is a support and execution role

The role has two halves: brand-facing coordination and communication, and hands-on CRO building – turning research into mockups and initiatives grounded in Helium's actual product surfaces.

What You'll Do:
Brand-facing
Help build CRO research and initiatives for brand clients – consumer voice audits, benchmark analysis, first-pass drafts of drop mechanics and creative briefs – that get reviewed and refined before going to brands.
Pull and interpret basic data from Helium analytics (conversion rates, traffic by page, attribution) to support initiative recommendations.
Spot patterns across multiple brand accounts (for example, a checkout abandonment issue showing up in more than one brand) and raise it as a company-le
