Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility. This role focuses on identifying recent business opportunities, expanding the existing customer base of Schneider Solar products, and building long-term client relationships.



Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, and managing end-to-end sales cycles from inquiry to closure.

The role involves coordinating with internal engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer experience. The Senior Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in industry events, maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, and contribute to strategic planning to drive revenue growth and international expansion.
