Role Description As a Business Development Associate (US-Night Shift, WFO, Sector 1 – HSR Layout), you will focus on expanding Bhanzu’s reach and building strong relationships with prospective learners, families, and institutional partners.



This full-time remote role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research on target geographies, and engaging prospects through calls, emails, and online presentations aligned with US time zones. You will deliver compelling presentations and product demos, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems to support pipeline growth. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams will be key to refining outreach strategies, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an excellent prospect experience. You will also provide feedback from the market to help shape offerings, campaigns, and messaging for diverse international audiences.
Qualifications
