Role Description The Plant Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Good2Go Global facility in Manesar.



This role is responsible for overseeing all HR activities at the plant, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The Plant HR Manager will handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include partnering with plant leadership, managing attendance and payroll inputs, supporting training and development initiatives, and driving engagement, diversity, and inclusion programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, managing disciplinary and grievance processes, and supporting continuous improvement in HR systems and practices.
Qualifications

Experience in plant or manufacturing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to manufacturing environments.
