Role Description The Vice President of Business Development is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships,



and expanding Setlite’s presence in the heavy earth moving machinery sector. Day-to-day activities include creating and executing business development plans, identifying and qualifying new markets and clients, and leading end-to-end sales processes for key accounts. The individual will oversee contract negotiations, manage high-value customer relationships, and collaborate with operations, finance, and service teams to ensure profitable growth and superior client satisfaction. The Vice President will also monitor market trends, prepare forecasts and reports for senior leadership, and mentor business development and sales team members.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Account Management, with a track record of building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
Strong capability in Business Planning, including market analysis, forecasting, and strategic growth planning.
Proven experience in Sales, particularly in B2
