Role: ServiceNow Lead/Architect
Experience: 6 Years -15 Years
Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow designs.
Define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, integration, and configuration.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
Drive platform upgrades, performance tuning, and roadmap planning.




Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Robust understanding of scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server configurations.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
