Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales activities, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and assisting with client interactions. The role involves contributing to marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and basic sales materials, and maintaining customer databases.



The intern will help respond to customer inquiries, gather feedback, and coordinate with the sales team on promotional activities and training sessions. The position offers exposure to healthcare sales and marketing processes and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
Customer Service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries, provide information, and support a positive client experience.
Interest and foundational skills in Sales, including lead generation, follow-up, and basic presentation of services.
Ability to support Training activities and assist in Sales Management tasks such as reporting and tracking metrics.
