Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Mengio. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of electro-mechanical, fire-fighting, PHE, and civil/structural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources and contractors, monitoring progress in office,



and resolving technical and operational issues. The role involves preparing reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintaining clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams. The Project Manager will also contribute to risk management, continuous improvement, and alignment with ISO 9001:2015 quality processes.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Technical knowledge in electro-mechanical systems, fire-fighting installations, PHE, and civil/structural works.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing contractors and vendors on-site.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
