We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead our accounting and finance operations, ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and efficient business processes.

Mandatory Requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting
Review and monitor company expenses.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and finalize financial statements.
Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, including GST and TDS.
Handle import and export accounting documentation.
Coordinate and liaise with internal auditors.
Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.

Finance




Prepare monthly GST and TDS reports.
Conduct internal audits across all branches.
Review and submit periodic financial and performance reports.
Manage accounting software administration and financial reporting.
Maintain customer and stakeholder confidence through accurate financial practices.
Analyze business trends and provide financial insights.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
Experience in import and export accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
M.Com or MBA (Finance) preferred.
