As a Junior AI Associate, you will support the development and operation of AI, automation, and digital solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem within a life sciences environment.
Working alongside experienced developers and subject matter experts, you will contribute to documentation, project coordination, data preparation, testing activities, user support, and low-complexity automation initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI-enabled transformation within a regulated industry.
Degree or initial experience in Data, Automation, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or a related field.




Exposure to Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, CROs, Healthcare, or another regulated setting through studies, internships, or work experience.
Strong Excel skills and interest in Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams, Copilot Studio).
Understanding of data quality, documentation, traceability, and confidentiality principles.
Ability to prepare, structure, and validate data while maintaining accurate records.
Good knowledge of the English language both verbal and written
