Experience: 4–7 years | Organised Retail preferred

Role Purpose

To manage store-level product planning, allocation, replenishment and inventory, ensuring the right product is available at the right store and at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Plan SKU-wise product allocation across stores based on sales, store potential and inventory.
Manage new store opening assortment and initial stock allocation.
Analyse store/SKU/category-wise sales and stock performance.
Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, excess and out-of-stock products and take corrective action.
Drive replenishment and inter-store stock transfers.
Monitor stock cover, ageing, sell-through and inventory productivity.
Ensure the right product mix and assortment at each store.
Work closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, VM and Product teams.




Prepare regular MIS and actionable insights for management.
Continuously optimise inventory to improve sales, availability and stock productivity.

Candidate Profile

4–7 years of experience in Retail Merchandising / Merchandise Planning / Allocation.
Experience in Beauty, Perfume, Fashion, Lifestyle or Luxury Retail preferred.
Solid Excel, analytical and inventory management skills.
Good understanding of store-level retail and product movement.
Strong coordination and execution skills.
