Role Description The Graphic Designer – Punjabi & Political Digital Content role is a full-time position based in the Mohali district with a hybrid work model, allowing some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing digital graphics and social media creatives in Punjabi and English for political campaigns, public awareness initiatives, and related communication projects.



The role involves collaborating with content strategists and social media teams to develop visual concepts, adapting designs for multiple platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video), and ensuring brand and message consistency. The Graphic Designer will refine layouts, select typography and color schemes suited to political and regional audiences, and respond to feedback promptly to meet tight deadlines. The role also requires staying informed about current political trends, audience sentiment, and digital design best practices to keep content relevant and engaging.
Qualifications
Strong graphic design skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or similar platforms).
Experience creating digital content for social media, including static posts, banners, thumbnails, and simple motion graphics.
Professional fluency in Punjabi (reading and writing) and good command of
