Role Description The Creative Team Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position oversees the development and execution of creative concepts for academic programs, marketing campaigns, and student engagement initiatives. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary creative team, assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, and ensuring that visual and written materials align with Ziya Academy’s brand and educational goals.



The Creative Team Lead collaborates closely with educators and management to translate educational objectives into compelling designs, content, and experiences. Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking projects, maintaining creative standards, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
