We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Manager for our Record to Report (R2R) function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role within a listed company, having implemented Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (C.A.) with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) setup, preferably within the service industry, and active involvement in SOX audits are essential attributes for this position.
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
Month-End Close: Manage the month-end close process,
ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and within the stipulated timeframes.
Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial records and safeguarding of company assets.
SOX Compliance: Lead and coordinate SOX compliance activities, including risk assessments, control documentation, testing, and remediation of deficiencies.
Audit Management: Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and effective completion of audits and resolution of any audit findings.
Financial Systems: Ensure the effective use and management of financial systems, driving continuous improvement and automation of processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis to drive business decisions.
