Role Description
The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

1- This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting real estate offerings, and converting leads into successful sales.
2- The specialist will respond to inbound inquiries, provide accurate information about properties and services, and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
3- Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, following up on leads,



coordinating with internal teams for closures, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
4- The role also involves delivering consistent, professional customer support and participating in ongoing training to improve product and market knowledge.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English.
Sales capabilities, with proven ability in telesales, negotiation, and closing deals.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Training mindset, with willingness to learn about real estate products, platforms, and market trends.
Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Comfort using CRM tools, telecalling systems, and basic office software.
