Role Description The Design Engineer will work full time on-site in Bhiwadi, collaborating closely with design, production, and quality teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities include
Dev
eloping and refining product designs, creating and updating detailed CAD models and drawings
Ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, and manufacturability requirements.
Coordinating with manufacturing units on material selection and production methods
Performing basic engineering calculations,



and supporting prototype development and testing.
Resolve design-related issues during production, maintain design documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes.
Interact with master craftsmen to develop product prototypes.
Aquiring Theoritical mastery of all the stages of the fabrication processess of the prototypes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Design Engineering and Product Design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, manufacturable solutions.
Candidates should possess solid Mechanical Engineering skills, including understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and structural behavior in metal furniture and precision components.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for creating 2D drawings and 3D models.
