Role Overview
PTC is seeking an experienced Senior Channel Partner Manager to drive growth through its partner ecosystem across India. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Value Added Distributors (VADs), and other channel partners. The individual will be accountable for partner-led revenue generation, business planning, pipeline development, and execution of go-to-market strategies within the Digital Transformation space.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage executive-level relationships with partner leadership teams including CEOs, COOs, CROs, and business heads.
Create and execute joint business plans aligned with PTC's growth objectives.
Drive partner-led pipeline generation, bookings, and revenue growth.
Assess partner business models, capabilities, and market strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Forecast bookings and pipeline in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
Design and execute partner enablement, incentive,



and growth programs.
Achieve assigned sales quotas through indirect sales channels.
Act as the primary liaison between partners and PTC's sales, marketing, technical, and leadership teams.
Expand PTC's market reach across CAD, PLM, IoT, and Augmented Reality solution portfolios.

Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of partner management in the Enterprise Software market.
Experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Alliances, or Ecosystem Development.
Strong understanding of enterprise software sales and indirect go-to-market models.
Experience managing VARs, SIs, ISVs, distributors, and strategic alliance partners.
Proven track record of delivering revenue and quota attainment through partner networks.
Experience in digital transformation technologies. CAD, PLM, IOT, AR is a plus.
Solid executive stakeholder management and business planning skills.
Willingness to travel extensively
