Role Description
This is a remote internship with NAZZTEC's US Staffing team. As a US Staffing Trainee/Intern, you'll support end-to-end recruitment activities for US IT requirements, including candidate sourcing, job explanation, screening, profile shortlisting, follow-ups, and recruitment coordination.
You will work closely with experienced US IT Recruiters and get hands-on exposure to real-time US staffing requirements, recruitment tools, candidate databases, and industry processes.
Who We Are Looking For
Must Have:
Excellent verbal communication skills in fluent English, with transparent pronunciation and strong communication confidence
Good American communication style/accent or the ability to communicate clearly with US-based candidates and clients
Ability to confidently and clearly explain job roles, opportunities, and requirements to candidates
Strong professional writing skills for emails, candidate communication, and internal coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A genuine desire to build a career in US IT Staffing / US Technical Recruitment
Willingness to work according to US business hours and shift requirements
