Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (EA to MD) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for managing the MD’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing agendas and minutes. The role involves drafting and reviewing correspondence, creating presentations, and maintaining records and documentation for executive decision-making. The EA will screen calls and emails, prioritize requests, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, organizing meetings and events, and maintaining confidentiality in all executive matters. The role also requires proactive support in tracking key projects, compiling reports,



and ensuring the MD is well-prepared for discussions and engagements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills to effectively manage high-level responsibilities for the Managing Director.
Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Diary Management skills to organize schedules, meetings, and day-to-day executive operations.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information.
