Role Description The Admission Counsellor role at Hero Vired is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The person in this role will engage with prospective learners, respond to inquiries, and guide them through the admissions process, from initial interest to enrollment. Daily responsibilities include communicating program details, assessing candidate needs and aspirations, recommending suitable courses, and maintaining accurate records in the admissions system. The Admission Counsellor will conduct follow-up calls, emails,



and meetings to support conversion goals, collaborate with academic and marketing teams, and ensure a positive and informed experience for all applicants.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and internal teams.
Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, address concerns, and provide a supportive admissions experience.
Sales skills to meet enrollment targets ethically by converting leads into admissions through consultative conversations.
Understanding of Education sector dynamics and interest in career-focused and skills-based learning programs.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office
