8-12 years The Integration Engineer in the EPS Modernization Project is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations that enable seamless communication between the EPS platform, POS systems, payment processors, edge devices, and enterprise applications. The role involves defining integration architecture, establishing API and messaging patterns, developing reusable integration components, ensuring data integrity and security, and resolving complex technical challenges. The Senior Integration Engineer collaborates closely with architects, business analysts, developers,



and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Additionally, the role leads integration testing, supports SIT and UAT activities, performs root cause analysis for defects, ensures adherence to Chevron engineering standards, and provides technical guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. The engineer also plays a key role in deployment planning, performance tuning, monitoring, and operational readiness to ensure reliable and resilient payment transaction processing across the EPS ecosystem. For the EPS Modernization Project, a Integration Engineer should possess robust functional and domain knowledge of retail fuel operations, payment processing ecosystems, POS (Point of Sale) systems, forecourt controllers, edge computing environments, and end-to-end payment transaction lifecycles.
