Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Experienced SaaS Platform Sales Professional with B2-level English bilingual proficiency. The sales professional will manage the full sales cycle for Senem RFP’s SaaS platform, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demos, and closing new business. Daily tasks include engaging with insurance agents and agencies,



understanding their needs, presenting tailored platform solutions, and maintaining a consultative, value-driven sales approach. The role also involves updating CRM records, tracking sales metrics, collaborating with the internal team on feedback and product improvements, and supporting onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption. The professional will consistently communicate with prospects and clients via phone, video calls, email, and messaging tools while meeting defined performance and revenue targets.

Qualifications
Must have a startup mentality
Demonstrated experience in SaaS platform sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills within B2B environments.
