At Gold Coast Films, we are looking for an HR & People Operations Intern / Junior HR Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai.

This isn’t just an opportunity to assist an existing HR department.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build one.

What you’ll be working on:

• Building and maintaining HR systems, policies and processes
• Employee onboarding, documentation and offboarding
• Attendance, leave and HR administration
• Supporting recruitment and interview coordination
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Helping develop performance review processes
• Employee engagement and people initiatives
• Contributing to a positive,



organised and high-performance work culture

We’re open to interns, recent graduates and early-career HR professionals who are organised, proactive, people-oriented and willing to take ownership.
