Role Description This is a full time, on-site System Administrator role based in Vadodara. The System Administrator will manage and maintain servers, workstations, operating systems, and core IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and security. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, applying patches and updates,



managing user accounts and permissions, and performing regular backups and restores. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and providing hands-on technical support to internal teams. The System Administrator will also participate in IT projects, document configurations and procedures, and collaborate on improving security, compliance, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
Strong System Administration skills, including managing Windows/Linux servers, user accounts, backups, and system updates.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for hardware, operating systems, and commonly used business applications.
Experience with Network Administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Solid foundation in Information Technology principles, including security, monitoring, and IT best practices.
