Position Title: Lead Technology Transfer -Commercial site

Reporting To: Head Technology Transfer
Position Purpose
The Lead Scale-up & Basic Engineering-Commercial site is responsible for driving feasibility studies, scale up studies to ensure smooth transfer of products from lab scale to commercial scale at ISAGRO site. The role will also be responsible for planning and resource allocation for accommodating various recent molecules in existing set-up and implementation of new molecule production with a close co-ordination between Production & Project teams.
Strategic Responsibilities
Conduct feasibility studies for fitment of targeted molecules in ISAGRO site
Co-ordinate with concern peer group from R&D;, TT and TS to gather all information for ensuring proper fitment of molecules in ISAGRO site.
Ensure smooth commercialization of targeted molecules in ISAGRO site by getting required information from TS and TT team regarding scale up studies leading to a successful process handover at commercial scale
Ensure execution of process projects and Engineering Optimization activities
Maintain awareness of industry and technology trends to ensure that PI is current in development efforts to supply new and innovative offerings
Implement new systems & processes to enhance work efficiency
Drive value engineering initiatives to reduce project cost and execution time.
Drive demo-commissioning post scale-up validation in KL/PP, to ensure successful transfer to commercial scale
Operational Responsibilities
Responsible for successfully driving key operational & financial activities like:
Conduct feasibility analysis for new enquiry proposals
Provide process engineering support to the Production department
Ensure quality, yield and productivity before transferring the process to production
Conduct analysis of different parameters for process impro
