Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Administer and maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal regulations.
• Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related processes.




• Collaborate with departments to address employee concerns and support organizational needs.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and other development programs.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide support to foster a harmonious work environment.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and analytics.
• Support HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
