Overview:
The Client Account Executive/Client Service Executive is responsible for managing daily client communication, gathering briefs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of tasks. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, facilitating content calendar approvals, handling lead inquiries, and supporting payment follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication and updates.
Accurately document client requirements and briefs, and effectively communicate them to the relevant internal teams.




Manage timelines and deliverables by coordinating between clients and creative teams to ensure smooth execution.
Proactively follow up on client feedback, approvals, and pending actions to maintain workflow continuity.
Maintain and update the CRM system regularly to support effective operations and timely work delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of monthly content calendars, secure necessary client approvals, and update the content status in the CRM.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding client payments in coordination with the finance and account management teams.
Responsible for handling lead inquiries, communicating feedback to internal teams, sharing estimates with clients, and conducting timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
