Role Description The Business Development Trainee (Work From Home) will support Bhanzu’s growth by identifying prospective customers, nurturing leads, and helping convert interest into enrollments. This full time remote role involves conducting market research,



managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The trainee will engage with potential learners and families through calls, emails, and online meetings to understand their needs and present Bhanzu’s offerings clearly and effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, tracking performance metrics, and contributing insights to refine outreach strategies. The role offers training, guidance, and exposure to business development processes in a fast-growing edtech environment.
