Role Description The Assistant Professor of Mathematics is a full-time, on-site role based at GGI in Khanna. The role involves planning and delivering undergraduate and/or postgraduate mathematics courses, including lectures, tutorials, and laboratory-based sessions where applicable. Responsibilities include designing course materials, developing assessments,



grading assignments and exams, and providing academic advising and mentoring to students. The faculty member will engage in curriculum enhancement, participate in departmental meetings and committees, and contribute to institutional activities and outreach. The role also encourages scholarly work, such as research, publications, and participation in conferences or seminars.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, with the ability to teach core and advanced topics.
Knowledge of Physics and Statistics to support interdisciplinary teaching and learning.
Experience with Curriculum Development, including designing syllabi, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies.
Relevant postgraduate degree (preferably Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D.) in Mathematics or a closely related field.
Prior teaching experience at the college or university level is highly desirable.
