Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect – DevOps with solid expertise in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release automation, environment management, and DevSecOps.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing DevOps architecture and standards, driving automation across Salesforce environments, and enabling reliable, scalable, and secure continuous delivery.
This role requires a strong combination of Salesforce technical expertise, DevOps architecture, hands-on automation experience, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business, engineering, delivery, and client stakeholders to understand DevOps requirements and delivery objectives.
Assess existing DevOps processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improvement.
Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines, release automation,



deployment strategies, and environment management solutions.
Define and establish branching strategies, release governance, deployment methodologies, rollback strategies, and environment standards.
Lead DevOps architecture workshops, technical design sessions, and solution discussions.
Drive the adoption of DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and engineering best practices.
Establish and implement DevSecOps practices across the Salesforce development and delivery lifecycle.
Enable continuous delivery across multiple Salesforce environments.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce Development, QA, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Develop reusable DevOps frameworks, accelerators, standards, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps and Salesforce engineering teams.
Support pre-sales activities, including client workshops, technical demonstrations, solution presentations,
