Essential Functions:
* Implement and monitor EH&S; policies, standards, and programs
* Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
* Identify workplace hazards and recommend control measures
* Investigate incidents, near misses, and environmental events
* Drive corrective and preventive actions to closure
* Ensure regulatory compliance with EH&S; laws and guidelines
* Lead environmental protection and waste management initiatives
* Deliver EH&S; training and awareness programs
* Coordinate emergency preparedness and crisis response drills
* Support quality, audit readiness, and documentation
* Implementation of ISO systems, BBS, Safety Culture at site
* Leading the site EHS team,
* Ensuring ETP operations & waste disposal.
