Role Description
The Content Manager will oversee the planning and optimization of digital content across social media channels. This full-time role is on-site in Kanpur and involves managing content calendars,



coordinating with design and marketing teams, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include briefing and reviewing copy and visuals. The Content Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging.

Qualifications
Experience collaborating with design, marketing, and technical teams to produce cohesive and engaging digital assets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and style.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in English or any relative field.
Comfort working on-site in Kanpur and collaborating in a diverse, inclusive, and team-oriented workplace.
