About the Role
Decibels & Pixels is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Trainee – Project Engineers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the professional audiovisual (AV) industry by working on corporate, conferencing, smart building, and large-venue technology projects.
As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced engineers and gain hands-on exposure to project execution, system installation, testing, commissioning, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and configuration of AV systems.
· Adapt and adhere to project execution and quality standards to ensure successful deliverable
Eligibility
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, EEE, IT, or related fields.
Good knowledge of computer networks and electronics is preferred.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
